Hi John, That's a tough call; brownies are known for sticking to pans, even those that are non-stick. You're going to have to do a bit of trial by fire here to find what works well. Try melting vegetable shortening and brushing all the nooks and crannies of the pan using a pastry brush and then dusting the insides with nut flour. This creates a slight barrier between the brownie (or cake) and then pan. We hope that helps! Kye@KAF
