I make a lot of Bundt cakes mostly lemon and I always sprayed with Pam and then dust with sugar makes an great crisp coating on the outside and everybody loves it. I have three sizes of pans the 10 cup, 6 cup, 2 cup and I do the same for all of them but they are dark nonstick. I never have a problem with any of them sticking
