You're welcome to try experimenting with different materials and finishes on Bundt pans--gold pans might help give you the results you're looking for. You can also try placing your Bundt pans on a baking sheet before putting it in the oven. Be sure to test for doneness with a tooth pick or cake tester, as the cake might need a few extra minutes in the oven.
