Sharon, sorry for the confusion. Once you reheat the cake briefly, take it out of the oven and try tipping it out of the pan immediately. Since it's already been through its requisite cooling period — and the brief reheating doesn't increase its fragility, but rather simply "unsticks" the crust from the pan — there's no need to wait. I'm sorry none of the tips worked for you! Bummer. I hope you try the cake again sometime, though — as you say, it's quite scrumptious. PJH
