P.S. On my post of thanks for a successful Bundt cake experience: Some years ago I bought a cake/cookie decorating kit from KAF which contained a small, off-set spatula with what looks like a thin, flexible plastic or silicone coated blade. I used that to loosen the edges of the cake as soon as it came out of the oven. The little spatula worked like a charm. Thanks KAF.
