I had never used Baker's Joy before either so I tried it, I made the Chocolate Fudge Bundt cake yesterday. It came out perfect! I am HORRIBLE at baking, I've been known to burn pre-made cookies. The cake was so moist and it came out of the pan without any problems. Love this recipe!
