What's with the heavy aluminum bundt pans? My experience wasn't good. The batter touching the pan began cooking faster, so the outside and around the hole in the center rose beautifully but left a "trough" in between. I cooked at 325 degrees. I bought the pan used...it may have come with special instructions. Was able to salvage the cake but it wasn't pretty. Looking forward to trying the lemon Bliss.
