Love your tips. I find it important to cool the cake IN THE PAN on a cooling rack for five minutes or so. This allows air to circulate under the pan. After cooling in the pan, I shake the cake a bit from side to side before turning it out onto the cooling rack. And, yes be sure to place the cooling rack face down on the pan and flip. Works like a charm.
