Hi Henry, we're glad to learn you enjoyed making strudel using phyllo dough growing up. While we don't currently have a version of strudel on our website, we think it could be worth adding a phyllo option to the recipe. We've shared your request with our Recipe Team to consider. In the meantime, we do have two recipes that use homemade phyllo dough as a base, which you could try using to make strudel instead.
