I did not have success with using http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/chocolate-chip-oatmeal-cookies-recipe today :(
Not sure if my substitution of mini-M&Ms for chips had something but the cookies did not come out of the tins easily and I had to use a paring knife to remove them (with limited success)
Maybe adding 1/4-1/3 cup more of oats would have given them more structure?
