I made these buns three times, always a hit. The last time I made them mini size for my granddaughter 's nursery school. I rolled the dough into the 12 X 18 rectangle, cut the rectangle in half horizontally and made two smaller 18 inch rolls. Each roll was cut into 18, 1 inch pieces. They devoured them!
