If you'd like to make the dough ahead of time, you can prepare the dough and put it in the fridge to rise overnight (max. 12-16 hours). If it's left any longer than this, you might not get as full of a rise when you go to shape the buns the next day. The buns can also be prepared all the way through shaping and then put in the fridge to proof overnight, baked the next day. We hope this gives you some flexibility with your schedule. Happy baking!
