WOWZA!!! I made this in a Fleur de Lis (Nordicware) 10 cup Bundt cake pan already non-stick. I used your Vegalene food release spray. I spray the entire inside and turn it over in my sink while I put together the batter. It was a straight forward recipe and at the 350 temp for 40 minutes it needed another 10 minutes, checking at the 5 minute mark. Came out of the pan perfectly and just held the design so well, very crisp details. I brushed the glaze over the whole thing and when it cooled completed it had a nice “crust”. Next day made the icing, but I did make it a tad thinner as I don’t like a lot of frosting; microplaned a lemon the day before and it dried nicely and sprinkled that on top of the icing. Truly a great recipe and excellent instructions!
