Oh gosh Pat, we might have a new baking project to add to our list! We haven't tried adding fresh berries to this particular recipe but the batter will be thick enough to hold them nicely in place during baking (sometimes with thinner batters you can end up with all the fruit settling at the bottom). Anytime you add a wet ingredient like fruit the bake time will need to be extended by 5 to 10 minutes. We'd love to hear how it comes out!
