Hi Kathy! You can fill a 9" x 5" pan 2/3 of the way up. If you have any leftover batter it'll make for great tester cupcakes. Start checking for doneness around the 40-minute mark but it could take over an hour for the center to reach about 205°F on a digital thermometer. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
