Made this today in a new bundt pan I got as a gift. Lots of swirls in the pattern but the cake released perfectly! I brushed it all over with a cake release product. I used the zest but added 1/4 tsp lemon oil. Very delicious!! My husband loves lemon cake and he says it’s the best one yet.
