The baking time will depend on the size of your loaf pans. If they're half-loaf size, they will probably take 35-40 minutes to bake. It's best to use your senses to tell you when the cake is done: it will smell aromatic, look golden brown on the top, the sides of the cake will pull away from the pan, and a toothpick inserted into the center will come out clean.
