I don't buy unsalted butter so do I just add 1/2 tsp of salt? Nothing worse than either too much or too little salt to ruin a recipe. Also, this doesn't call for lemon juice, only the rind. Is this cake only slightly lemony? Can I add lemon juice as well? If so, how much can I add to not disrupt the consistency? Thanks so much ๐
