Hi Noreen, there isn't any milk or milk products added to the Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour as an ingredient. (You can view the full ingredient list here.) Please note that this product may be produced on equipment that also processes milk; because we don't test for the presence of milk in our gluten-free products, we're simply unable to guarantee that contact could never take place, for instance, during shipping or storage.
