You mentioned using Measure for Measure in your Perfect Pancake Recipe. I saved the recipe and got ready to use it before noticing that the original recipe specifically calls for malted milk powder. If you are recommending using gluten-free flour like Measure for Measure PLEASE put a caveat that cooks CANNOT use malted milk powder in a gluten free application. Malted milk powder is made with barley, which contains gluten! Less experienced cooks might not know that and make themselves seriously ill. I've had nothing but great success so far in subbing Measure for Measure in my old favorite recipes. Please be careful about touting your product without warning cooks about other possible gluten filled ingredients! Thank you!
