This came out wonderful. I made a levain of 65-65-65 starter/flour/water and left out overnight. It looked great and I used it all in the recipe. I only had a small amount of raisins so I ended up using those along with dried cranberries and chopped up dried apples and pineapples in the cherry liqueur. It took longer than 4 hours to reach the rim. We had to go out and when we came back in a few hours it had reached the rim so don’t know exactly how long it took. Anyway this was fun and it tastes great! I wish I could add a photo...it’s pretty. Thanks so much!
