I love this helpful article on the many ways to change around a chocolate chip cookie recipe and how and why! I wanted to ask about egg substitute for chocolate chip cookies! My husband is allergic to eggs and I use all sorts of substitutions, but some substitutes work better in certain baked goods then others! I use ground flax seed in my pancakes for example! But I would love to know your thoughts on what would be the best when substituting eggs in a classic chocolate chip cookie recipe! Thank you!
