We've all had those oops, moments, Shari! The safest thing to do would be to adjust all the ingredients up to meet that change in butter - in other words adding an extra 1/3 of each ingredient: 1 cup plus 1-2 Tbsp flour, 1/3 cup sugar, a small pinch of salt, and 1/3 tsp vanilla.
