Great blog post! It is almost exactly what I was looking for. I especially appreciate the tips on freezing, wrapping, and decorating. The only thing missing is anything on yeast breads as gifts.

I'm thinking of five different mini whatever (loaves, wreathes, cookies, etc.) Too ideas now are holiday brownies (look DELICIOUS), Gingerbread, challah, cookies ... Any suggestions? I'm looking for SOME indulgences, but not diabetic coma. My speciallty is actually yeast bread.
