We're glad to hear you're gearing up for holiday baking as well, Shelia! Once baked and cooled, quick breads can be frozen well-wrapped in plastic wrap for 2-3 months, so anytime you want to get to baking, they'll be ready for your gifts when the time comes. Pulling them out the night before will allow them to thaw slowly overnight on the counter. You'll be surprised at how tender and moist they'll still be, and a quick 10 minute warming in a 350° oven can re-crisp any softened edges. Happy gifting! Annabelle@KAF
