For the star cookies, how awesome would it be to spread around the little sprinkles for tiny stars and then use the larger round sprinkles to illustrate constellations! You could have a Big Dipper star cookie, an Orion cookie, Aries, etc etc. You could even do it with regular icing dyed dark blue to look like the night sky!
