Hi Barb. I made the sourdough sandwich bread. What a delight! I have maintained my sourdough started from King Arthur for 20 years and I love trying new recipes. This bread is just tender enough for great sandwiches. With the addition of dry milk and yeast and sugar, it somewhat loses the sourness that I love. Could I add citric acid? And if so, how much to just bump up the flavor without going overboard?
