Hi Aisha, this amount of dough is a bit generous for a 13-inch pullman pan, but you could take about 1200g of it for your pullman pan, and make rolls with the remaining 240g or so of dough. Another option would be to multiply the weight of each ingredient by .84, which will give you a reduced recipe that should fit nicely in your 13-inch pullman pan.
