Hi Jill, I think that should work fine, although the bread dough may rise a bit faster when it comes off the bread machine, so keep an eye on it while it's rising in the pans! This is also quite a lot of dough, since it makes two loaves, so make sure that your bread machine can handle this quantity, or you may want to divide the recipe in half.
