Hi Melissa! For an added boost of tanginess, you certainly could add some of the Instant Sourdough Flavor to this recipe. We would recommend using the dough within a few days though...the longer this no knead dough sits, the more sour it becomes naturally. If you added the flavor on top of this extended time in the fridge, by day 7 your rolls may have an intense sour flavor to them. Ultimately, it comes down to your own personal taste preferences as to how much to add. We like using 1 to 2 teaspoons of the Sourdough Flavor for every cup of flour in the recipe you are making.
