I made this dough last night, but forgot the step of letting it rise for an hour or two before putting it in the fridge. It's definitely risen in the refrigerator over the past 20 hours, but doesn't seem to have gone through the full rise-and-fall yet. Is it still usable? Should I wait another day or two before baking off a few rolls (my plan for dinner tonight)? Should I take it out and let it warm to room temp, rise for a couple hours, and refrigerate again...? Any advice would be appreciated, thank you!
