Hi Ari! With only 4 inches clearance, it is certainly possible to use the top slot, though the top of your dough will bake much faster in this position and you will risk burning it before the bottom is completely cooked. If using the top slot, you will want to start with a fairly thin and uniform piece of dough, checking earlier and rotating the pizza occasionally. If you see the top beginning to burn, you may need to readjust your stones position and finish baking on a lower rack.
