The SanFran Chronicle just did a 4 page story on one of our pizza restaurants with many different styles of pizzas and cooking ovens available: sfchronicle.com/restaurants/article/Pizza-101-A-crash-course-in-regional-pizza-styles-11142696.php may have some other ideas for toppings, etc. as well as discussion of different styles from different places.
