Clarice Feldman May 16, 2017 at 10:56am To keep your pizza from turning into calzone, I find it helps to place it on a parchment paper, trimmed to about a 1/2 inch around the dough. After a few minutes it will be firm enough to remove the paper and get a nice crunchy bottom to the crust. Reply
