Jacqy, we recommend making this with our newest gf blend, Measure for Measure, rather than our Gluten-Free Flour. Measure for Measure is designed to be used as a straightforward 1:1 swap in many baked goods, while our Gluten-Free Flour usually requires the addition of xanthan gum and possible other adjustments to the recipe. We haven't tested this recipe with the Gluten-Free Flour, so we can't say for sure, but 1/4 tsp xanthan gum per cup of flour is usually a good place to start.
