I would like to make this recipe in mini pans to give as gifts (7" x 2.5"). Three mini pans can be filled with the same 9x5 pan recipe. I was thinking I would roll out the dough in a longer rectangle and cut it into 3 parts before slicing it down the middle. Do you think it will work? Have you tried it?
