haha, thank you, you read my mind! I was just thinking that it would be so great if you had some sort of basic tutorial on different ideas for shaping breads, so thank you for the link, as I had not found it yet :-). Having only experimented with a couple of these types of filled/shaped loaves so far, I am loving how pretty they are and thinking about experimenting with different shapes, but I have not been quite confident enough yet to deviate from the actual recipes (which have been wonderful). So again, thank you, that article is perfect!
