I love all the Q and A's very helpful. My mom made these amazing melt in your mouth wedding cookies. I have looked at soooo many recipes that I have tried. None of them come close to the melt in your mouth. There is recipe in her arsenal. I am wondering if shortening would work? Any ideas greatly appreciated. BDG
