Hi Susan, thanks for pointing that out! You're correct -- in this case, each grouping of 3 strips is treated as a "strip" in and of itself, so you're weaving the lattice using groupings of three strips. Whenever you fold back the strips, you should always fold all three in each grouping together. I've updated that in the post slightly. Hope that clarifies!
