Next time, please include ingredient amounts along with the statement that the technique can be used with any pie crust recipe. This "recipe" doesn't help someone looking for a recipe to follow, nor does providing a link to yet another recipe. Bouncing from blog post to blog post trying to gather together sufficient information to complete a recipe is just frustrating. All I wanted to do was make mini pies for Thanksgiving and I feel like a circus act jumping through hoops to locate information that should have been included in the first blog post.
