This is a great idea! Wished we’d thought of it when we used to make up to a dozen pies for Thanksgiving at my Grandma’s house (everyone asked us to bring the pies because we had the best, flakiest crusts!). We used to make the dough up the day before we baked the pies & kept it in the fridge. Then we had to guess how much to pull off for each pie we made. This would have made it so much easier! I already do something similar with my homemade tortillas (tortilla mix) and biscuits (yes, I make a homemade version of ‘Bisquick’!). May have to try this this year!
