PJ, forgive me if someone has already asked this question, but does it make a difference if the flour is gluten free? I love this idea but mine would have to be gf! And I’m not the only member of our family who would appreciate this info. I’m an experienced baker but my life in the kitchen has radically changed in the last few years. Thanks for your help!
