I love your recipes and tips! As I live in Brazil, and here in the Christmas period it is very hot, I would like to know if after brushing my fruit cakes with alcohol and packing, I can keep them out of the fridge without being afraid that they will mold until Christmas? How should I proceed? Here it's 30 to 35 degrees or so in summer! Hugs 😘
