Hi Caryl! Due to the large amount of moisture in fruitcake, a long bake time is inevitable. But, mini loaves will certainly help! If your mini pans are about 3 3/4" x 2 1/2", they should bake in 65 to 70 minutes at 300°F. You may need to adjust this if your pans are slightly different sizes. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
