Thanks! I didn't do any canning this year and was wondering what to share for the holidays. I'm setting aside time this week to bake Everyone's Favorite for my colleagues. I got hooked on fruitcake after a group of Jamaican students came back from the winter holidays and shared their fruit cake(s) with me. Who knew!!! One of those students' mom figured out instructions for her recipe and sent them on to me. I think it would be cool to make mini cakes, Everyone's Favorite" and "Sophie's Mom's", and let my friends figure out which they like better.
