I love your boiled cider but have never substituted it in a cake recipe for regular apple cider. I know it is more concentrated, but if I use less, won't that throw off the liquid/solid ratio in the cake? If the recipe calls for 1 cup of apple cider, how can I substitute the boiled cider and still keep the proper ratio
