It's around 10 times more potent than regular cider, Anne, so we'd recommend starting with using 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of boiled cider for every cup of regular cider and see if you like that level of flavor. You can raise or lower that ratio to suit your tastes. Happy baking! Annabelle@KAF
