Hi Kathy, I think this blog post contains the recipe/method you're referring to. With your 6 qt. bowl, you should easily be able to make the triple batch of the Classic Double Pie Crust PJ illustrates, although you may need to use the pouring shield at the beginning, to keep the flour from flying!
