I always wanted to make pie dough myself, but was very intimidated and had several failures trying by hand. I’ve used this recipe a dozen times now, following it to the letter, and it comes together perfectly every single time. The first couple attempts took me about 45 minutes to an hour, and now I can bang out double batches in 20 minutes. It’s so consistent and makes delicious, easy to work with pastry.
