I always wanted to make pie dough myself, but was very intimidated and had several failures trying by hand. I’ve used this recipe a dozen times now, following it to the letter, and it comes together perfectly every single time. The first couple attempts took me about 45 minutes to an hour, and now I can bang out double batches in 20 minutes. It’s so consistent and makes delicious, easy to work with pastry. I’m having so much fun making pies now! Thank you for sharing it!
