I want to thank you for saying there is no baking police. So many of the trendy new "artisanal" pie recipe books I look at make you feel bad if you don't make the crust by hand. Apparently they think there is something spiritual that you can only achieve by feeling every bit of butter with your fingers. Thank you for keeping baking accessible to all.
